History
Established in 1989.
In 1989, Brian and Pat O'Riley purchased the then 12-room accommodation business and named it "The Balcony Bed & Breakfast". The business has recently been passed onto the next generation of O'Riley's in August, 2007 and renamed "Balcony On Sixth Lodge" to herald in a new era of progression within the business.
Robyn O'Riley and Jeremy Simpson are currently refurbishing the state heritage listed building to bring the level of accommodation up to a three and a half star AAA - Guest House rating. The Balcony On Sixth Lodge remains one of only five star-rated Guest Houses in South Australia.

Robyn and I have owned the Balcony On Sixth Lodge since July 2006. We have taken the business from strength to strength in the past few years and are now one of South Australia's fastest growing regional accommodation businesses.
