It looks like a mullet. I only realized how short my real hair was after I finally switched stylists and had the extensions removed. The last time I got extensions with her, she did a sew-in weft that wasn't the right shade of blonde. I got fed up, went somewhere else, and was horrified when the extensions came out and I saw how little hair I had left. Growing this back out is going to take years. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend her if you're trying to maintain or grow your length.

She wasn't friendly or nice, started spewing some stuff about Jewish people, I don't even remember what she was saying, but I do remember she made me very uncomfortable. Would not stop asking me personal questions even though I was visibly trying to avoid them and give vague answers. My hair lasted about 20 min and became frizzy the moment I got home, with all the "wonderful" products she used. Ugh, would never go back.

LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! I am picky when it comes to my hair. And let's be honest most women are. So when I came to Liel it was my fourth time trying to find someone who could nail the look I wanted in a balayage. Liel was so responsive every time I reached out, she communicated every step before and during the process, and she cares!!!!!! I have had so many hairstylists tell me I should cut more/less or color lighter/darker. Instead Liel asks, makes suggestions, and ultimately leaves the decision in your hands. I can't tell you how many times we would talk about the process and she would reiterate "of course, I want you to be happy with your hair!" She is so pleasant to work with, isn't going out of her way to overcharge (don't get me wrong a good balayage should never be cheap), but for the amount of time and effort she puts into her art is amazing. I went ahead and looked up some of her previous work on her Instagram @balayagebyliel and was happy to see previous customers raving about her professionalism and incredible work! When I came to her to get my hair done, she was super fun to talk to and converse with...there was zero awkwardness as you may have with your hairdresser when meeting for the first time. Liel's fun conversation helped the time pass quickly and when I saw the results of her color correction my jaw dropped!!! I had my hair ruined by a different hairdresser who did my hair for like $400 and Liel fixed it to look incredible for a lower price! I can't believe she's new to the world of hair, there's no way!
