It is very frustrating to anticipate a massage only there it canceled when you arrive. When the massage appointment actually happens it is stellar but it is disheartening to have so many cancellations and issues the day of the appointment.

Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. I didn't know they had their medical license and that my doctors recommendations do not matter here. They didn't even apologize or even offer me any other service in its place. I feel that could have helped my frustration.
