I'll admit, Advanced Holistic Health doesn't look like much from outside, but the interior was very nice. Not pretentious or super-upscale. This is the every-person's massage place. There's even a vinyl record player in the waiting room to ensure a jazzy waiting experience. They have several dedicated massage rooms and a large yoga area as well. The massage room was a nice size, not claustrophobic like some salons tend to be. The room temperature was a little cooler than I'd like, but the massage bed did have a heating pad that helped, and of course I was covered most of the time. Ashley performed my massage. She did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted and focused on those areas the most. She was totally understanding when I said I wasn't a talker! I'm all about falling asleep on the table. A Swedish massage is lot of rubbing, versus deep-kneading, but it was really calming. She identified some problem areas in my shoulder and gave advice on how to avoid them in the future.
