We moved a few times and it wasn't a singular occurrence. Many people mentioned they were overstaying their 2 hour pass because the was no way staff could identify them. I used work at a hostpring so I know how hard it is to enforce, but understand that it causes issues like we were seeing. Hot water was nice, but the overall experience could be better.
