This led me to restrict myself and when I would indulge, I would eat too much and feel a lot of shame and guilt. In 6 short months, Caroline helped me get to a place of food freedom. She helped me to make peace with all foods and taught me how to get in tune with and listen to my body. Caroline was patient and attentive throughout the process--I cannot recommend her enough! I am now able to enjoy my life in which all foods fit.

My health was falling apart, and I could barely focus at work let alone stay for more than five hours a day. I worked directly with Sarah who was very patient and very knowledgeable with her expertise - about 95% of her recommendations worked like a charm! She didn't overwhelm me with supplements only when needed unlike my previous experience with other dietician or nutritionists. I am truly grateful to this practice -- not only did they address my gut issues and other issues causing fatigue, mood swings, lack of focus etc my certified medical doctor couldn't resolve, they completely changed my lifestyle! When I started with them, I could barely sleep. I was having a lot of insomnia and after one to two months of treatment, I was sleeping so much better. I did the gut, Dutch and htma tests recommended based on my symptoms. I now have better control of my life and I listen to my body attentively. I know when my body is screaming for food, water exercise, or when my adrenals are telling me to relax I have recommended six people, and I believe and know they would truly benefit from this. Thank you so much Taryn and Sarah! I plan to use this practice in the future for health maintenance as well. I have never seen a practice so thorough that doesn't over promise yet delivers beyond your expectation -- you all are God send and we need more of you in this world

I no longer rely on antacids and rarely deal with symptoms at all these days!

He is a former bodybuilder as well as ex-82nd Airborne, and I have trusted his judgment on supplements and proteins for 14 years now. Steere's is located catecorner to the plaza that also has General Jackson's. For those departing Fort Bragg's gate, that means that Noah's store is on the left side of Yadkin Road. If you pass General Jackson's, you missed it. Steere's Nutrition is a small storefront, yet packs quite a bit of product. On my last visit to Steere's, Noah told me that he doesn't ship via online anymore, and primarily deals with in-store purchases. His markup is very reasonable, which is why I prefer to buy from him as opposed to a GNC or herbal store close to Cross Creek Mall. And plus, he's a straight shooter on all nutrition products. I highly recommend this store. If in Fayetteville, its well worth the 10 minutes to travel down Yadkin as well as talking to one of the most knowledgeable and highly respected nutritionists in the business.

I found it challenging at times because I needed to prepare meals further in advance and my family members who was forced along for the ride were supportive yet not overly excited about the meals. I purchased the two kitchen appliances that Samantha recommended and I have been really happy with them. I never actually got to the point where I felt like I had more energy which Nick, my CrossFit instructor, thinks is because I wasn't eating enough. I didn't lose a single pound until this morning. Yesterday was a celebration day for me after completing the challenge. I ended up eating a Pizza Hut pizza for lunch and a sandwich from a food truck for dinner while at an event last night, (don't judge me :)). Strangely, I lost 3 pounds by this morning. I was also happy to see that I dropped my time for the benchmark Diane from 4:08 to 3:13. While my mile run was 3-4 seconds longer, I felt pretty good and strong during it. I plan to continue watching what I eat and make this a lifestyle change vs just a 30-day challenge. Thanks Samantha!
