Hi! I'm a Certified Nutritional Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and Certified Personal Chef.
Are you someone who is constantly jumping from diet to diet, and no matter what you try - you're still so unhappy with how you look and feel? Who finds yourself being really good, eating healthfully for a while, only to self sabotage into an overeating binge fest - promising yourself you'll start again on Monday?
I help fed up dieters {you!!} ditch the diets/quick fixes so you can feel free around food - instead of feeling controlled by it, be happy and confident with your body, and develop fun, sustainable healthy eating and living habits.
I provide the "missing piece" you're looking for to finally look and feel better - so you can live the happier, healthier life you've always dreamed of.
I do that through customized one-on-one coaching and private workshops (like Meal Prep & Planning, Grocery Shopping Tour, Cooking Class, Pantry Makeover)
{ALL can be done in person or virtually}
Figuring it out and incorporating it into your lifestyle is overwhelming... but working with a Health Coach makes it much easier!

I'm Samantha Eaton, and I'm so glad you're here!
Helping people look and feel their best through eating healthy foods is my absolute passion, but I'm also a mom to 2 adorable French Bulldogs and a wife of an amazingly supportive husband.
I was born and raised in Massachusetts, and after many years of not understanding why I ate so "healthy" but still didn't see the results I was looking for, managed to find health and happiness through making some key nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I used to work out at the gym for 2+ hours 7 days a week, count calories like crazy, only "diet foods" that said: fat free, sugar free, calorie free on the labels, and take diet pills. Whenever I'd fall victim to my own willpower and eat like a full-fat cookie, I'd feel overloaded with guilt, sadness, be ashamed of myself, and spiral into a binge.
Finally, I said: enough was ENOUGH. That was 10 years ago.
If you're a fed up dieter like I was - I'd LOVE to help you!
