I asked how much, she said no charge. I see the doctor for 10 minutes and get my pills, and they charge me an extra $45.00. Wait, what???? I've already prepaid and asked. No one could look me in the face. Ask me if I got my tablets. No!!! So I ended up paying twice, and I did not get a deal. Never again.

If you miss your "medicine appointment", no matter how many times you come in between, you don't get refills. They refuse to refill for pharmacists and reception refuses to even let the doctor know you need meds before the next available appointment. I do not care what the "office rules" are. I had to find a new doctor to get my arthritis meds filled, or I would have been in severe pain for 5 days before I could get more. Despite explaining the medication needs to build in the system and I'd have to start all over, reception did not care. I would strongly recommend you stay away from this office if you have medicine you cannot go without. I missed my appointment because myself and my children had whooping cough.
