I really value the way she is able to think about a problem from many different angles and provide tangible advice as well as new ways to reframe how to think about a particular challenge. I have felt that as she got to know me better, she became even more of a valued voice, and her advice really honed in on core areas of my life and thought-process that I need to improve. Before her I'd seen numerous therapists for over 10 years and no one helped me the way Michelle did. I cannot recommend her enough. While I know I did all of the hard work, I really credit her in helping me get healthy for the first time in my life. I'm eternally grateful.

We had many…read moreappointments with Michelle and throughout our sessions my fears were addressed - mainly my fear that I wouldn't get heard or that I would be singled out, as I'm not the easiest to get along with. My fears were rarely realized and if I did feel I was being singled out, I felt comfortable enough to speak up and all issues were addressed in a nurturing environment. Michelle helped me to better understand why I do the things I do and helped me better communicate with my now wife. Things aren't perfect, yet much better and if we ever have any issues as a married couple, it's great to know that Michelle can help us any time we ask.
