All the ladies are friendly, patient, and well-informed on all lotions and equipment. Towels are always well stocked and rooms are always very clean. Prices and bundles are comparable to other tanning salons. Signing up, account upgrading, account freezing, account restarting, and cancelling are a total breeze in-store. I've never been charged random fees or been tricked into paying for an extra month. I recently opted to freeze over the winter. When I came back, my $28 in freezing fees were converted to store credit, which I put toward a new lotion on a 50% off deal. There was no reactivation fee, and my same unlimited rate was honored. I'm very happy I made this switch. I feel appreciated as a customer here.

I scheduled the appointment and planned my day around it, which takes extra coordination when you have small children at home. When I arrived, the space was closed. I called and was told my appointment had been canceled because she does not provide facials for men. I explained that we had already met in person and this could have been communicated then. Her response was that she thought I was scheduling for someone else. If men are not accepted for facial services, that should be clearly stated on the booking portal and at the business. Better communication would have prevented wasting a customer's time.
