My car was damaged in their car park because of the centre's very outdated standards. They refused to pay for the damage caused - their excuse: the place was built in 2005 before the current standards were in place. An uncaring, mean, unfair management with no sense of social responsibility to their disabled customers whatsoever. Appalling! Reflects really badly on the owners of the centre. I made a complaint to the UK owners about my treatment there but they haven't even bothered to respond. Beware parking there. Won't be shopping there again.

In the store Pennies for example we got a lot of souvenirs (Ireland t-shirts) to bring back to the states for literally €3.50. If you come here around 1&2 though all of the kids getting out of school come there to congregate lol. We saw this as we were leaving and there were piles of happy busy teens in their school uniforms coming into the mall.

When we were on holiday in Dublin, we took a walk to take in the sights, but my main objective was to find the car park because it was a different type of attraction. Admittedly, my directions were poor and I became frustrated trying to locate it. Hopefully this listing will be of help to others trying to locate it either for its intended use (parking), or to admire the huge street art murals! (Note: in Dublin 8.) The Tivoli Car Park is unique in that it's a beautiful showcase of street art tucked away from the bustle of the city. I love the juxtaposition of urban street art against the backdrop of the surrounding neighborhood, including old architecture. The art was so unique, colorful, and impressive! We spent a good amount of time admiring and photographing the murals. The weather was beautiful, too, which added to the experience. You wouldn't know it existed unless you happened to look for parking in the area, happened to walk by the car park and noticed a mural peeking out, or you intentionally looked for it. It's something to appreciate, and I recommend people take a look while in the area!

It is very…read moreconveniently located right on the main street in Ranelagh village, smack bang in the middle of the cluster of restaurants and takeaways around Superquin. At just €1 per hour or €5 per day, it beats the extortionate disc parking charges in the area, and is much cheaper than any of the city centre car parks too - it would seem a great idea to me for anyone working on the southside of the city to park here for the day and walk the rest of the way into town.

Merrion Shopping Centre is my favourite place to do my weekly shopping. The Tesco there is huge…read moreand nice to stroll unhurriedly around. The newsagents is open on Sundays, has all the papers, cards and old-fashioned sweets at the till. It also has a hardware shop (perfect for that random DIY thing you need) and a chemist. One of the chemists also has lovely gift things. It has a zumo in case you're doing your shopping a little hungover and sometimes there's a health-food/nut stall at the door. There's also a hairdressers. Merrion Centre covers all the bases and all of the "just-in-case" things that might occur to you that you need while doing your weekly shop. Parkings free with a maximum stay of 2 hours.

A quick addition to Natalies review…read more... again it is a fine place to shop and the opening hours of the Tesco are designed to make sure you are rarely if ever stuck (I have had several emergency nappy / calpol / milupa / formula drives at 11pm to prove it). However if you are driving into the carpark take heed - the first speed bump at the bottom of the ramp means business - I go over it at snails pace and it still jars the car something rotten!

The manager of the shopping centre should feel ashamed and be held accountable for making customers feel this way. The staff member in Kiddies Kutz was brilliant so this is no reflection on her but the manager should be ashamed of herself! Wouldn't return.

It started with churches, then the nineties hit and we could afford something other than guilt-so they put two shopping centers either side of the Blackrock 'bypass'. A triumph of public planning. The only real difference between the Frascati and Blackrock shopping centers is that one has Superquinn and the other has Marks and Sparx. Also, Frascati has a MacDonalds. Whooo!

They have a fantastic overnight rate (€5 if you prebook online) & as I live nearby and would never leave my car on the streets around it (I walk to work over the shattered glass of car windows every single morning) when I have it in Dublin I take advantage of this 2. The staff there are professional, friendly & go above & beyond what they have to do - I managed to book my last parking for the wrong date & they sorted it out for me with no hassle or weirdness at all. I was fully expecting the 3rd degree and to be told I'd have to pay the normal overnight rate (€2 per hour) 3. Leading on from the staff being fantastic - they keep an eye on cars. The last time I stayed there my handbreak decided to act the maggot when I was gone & I came back to rolls under the wheels of my car to stop if sliding backwards. I actually dread to think what would have happened if they hadn't noticed the issue and sorted it out.

To me, this is the pinnacle (literally & figuratively) of Howth, and well worth the bus ride to the top. On a sunny or cloudy day, the view is worth it just a little bit down the trail.

Stillorgan Village Centre was a short walk from our hotel in Stillorgan, so we popped into this…read moreshopping center several times during our stay. The center is nicely updated and features several retail shoppes plus a solid variety of eateries, chained and local. We visited the Tesco, Starbucks and The Natural Bakery during our visits here. The grounds are well kept and everywhere seemed very clean. The walkways are wide and equipped with seating throughout. There are maps and directional signs as well, which were very helpful. We wandered around window shopping and popping into the random outlets. It was a nice way to spend some time without having to drive far or hop on a bus. Overall, Stillorgan Village was a solid find for us and came in clutch on more than one occasion during our time in Stillorgan!

I'm happy to have the Swan Centre in my neighbourhood, but it makes me a little sad to see all the…read moreempty units. It has a great Dunnes, and some other stores I like- the Hopsack, Dubray Books, Tiger, Life Pharmacy and of course the movie theatre! There is also a cute little flower shop I don't remember the name of but they always have a lovely display. The centre itself is clean and well maintained, but the all white and glass interior can make it seem a little jarring and bright when the sun is strong (not a massive problem in Ireland, I know, but it annoys me to have to wear sunglasses inside, even one or two days a year). The car park is great too, the rates are reasonable and last time I checked they are open until midnight.

As a tourist location, this station has catered very well for incoming tourists with some great local maps and guides on what to do. The downside here is that the ticket office is not staffed all day, there is a small window during the early hours which it opens otherwise locals and tourists have to rely on just the one ticket machine, not so great when ye can see the train is due in 1 minute and there is a queue for the machine :-( There is a park n ride at this station which offers a daily rate of €4 or like me who uses it a lot, I buy a 30 day parking ticket which is €30 which is a bargain! They have removed the bike lockers which were once just inside the parking area so now it's back to locking your bike at the designated bays however note, the cctv for the station does not extend to cover this so if like me, you park your bike up, its still as vulnerable as anywhere else in the city!

I have lost more bikes in Dublin than I care to remember, always liberated quickly and with what seems like, ease. In an attempt to combat this Dalkey Dart Station has bike lockers, I presume this makes it a lot harder to cherry pick or target the good bikes as the thieves can't see where the good ones are; it's a great idea and one I would happily use.
