While I didn't intend to buy bread, I did decide to try a pastry and a cookie. The selection is huge. Our pastry was soft and delicious, like it just came out of the oven. And the bread selection - I think it'll take a year to try everything on offer. Almost everyone already knew what they wanted to buy which tells me that the bakery gets a lot of loyal customers. The staff is amazing and didn't mind me being indecisive and holding up the line. The other customers were all to pleased to share more information about their favorite bakery in town. When asked about their specialty, the staff rightly replied - everything on display is our specialty.

I sent to Perfect Pastry an email inquiring about the possibility of making a custom birthday cake with a specific layered interior filling, and a custom inscription on the top of the cake, and a card. Nermina responded the very next day with detailed information and a price. Even with a nine hour time difference Nermina was extremely responsive, and detail-oriented. I was also able to request a specific two hour delivery window. The cake arrived at my in-laws' apartment exactly on time. The cake was visually beautiful, and the filling was exactly as I had requested. My wife and her family reported that it was one of the most delicious birthday cakes they had ever enjoyed! The cake was indeed perfect, and so was the experience in terms of inquiring, ordering and executing.
