The views of Kinderdijk are amazing from anywhere but from the water in a pleasant day its simply astonishing! The pancakes were delicious, made the ditch traditional way we could choose from normal, cheese, ham and ham-cheese, i tried them all and they're pretty good! You can get more info on the website but i know its possible to rent boats and canoes here and enjoy other dutch typical foods. I will defiantly return in a sunny day, probably for a canoe ride ending with a nice wine watching the sun set behind the windmills.
