The pie itself was dry and not as flavorful as the other places we tried. I appreciated that the pie wasn't sweet and served at room temperature and that a slice with canned whipped cream and a coffee was only €9 but that's where it ends. I would not recommend making a special trip here and opt for a bar who serves apple pie.

We ordered the French breakfast which came with a croissant, brioche and baguette slices, assorted jams, coffee, and juice. This was definitely enough to share between two people if you're not used to large breakfasts, but apparently this is typically only for one. The croissant was fresh and flaky and the other breads were good too but nothing to spectacular. The jams however, were great - I really loved the raspberry one but the lemon was good too. Service was really friendly, and they let us upgrade the coffee to a mocha for less than one euro. Overall, it was a great start to the day!
