I had always heard people rave about the jerky, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The jerky I bought tasted spoiled and had an unpleasant flavor. Considering how much it cost, it definitely wasn't worth the money for me. My son really wanted one of the Buc-ee's fleece throw blankets, so we picked one up for about $15, and he loves it. My husband and the kids also ordered the brisket sandwiches, and they all thought they were really good. I tried a bite, but it just wasn't my favorite. Buc-ee's is definitely worth visiting at least once. The atmosphere is impressive, the store is huge, and there's an incredible selection of food, snacks, gifts, and souvenirs.
