My experience working with Lucy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional…read more One of the most serious issues was that she renewed the tenants' lease without my consent or prior approval. As the property owner, I expected to be informed and consulted before any lease renewal was finalized. Communication was also consistently poor. Lucy was often unresponsive and did not provide documents or information I requested. For example, after repeated repair requests that did not appear to be normal wear and tear, I asked for an inspection. I attended an inspection with her, but she never provided the inspection results or the pictures I requested afterward. I also specifically asked to be included in the final walkthrough, yet I was not informed or included. I was very frustrated that key decisions regarding the security deposit appeared to be made without my involvement. When I later conducted my own walkthrough, the condition of the property raised major concerns. In my view, the damage went well beyond ordinary wear and tear. The house had a cockroach infestation, there were oil stains on the garage floor and driveway, and some ceiling fans appeared to have been pulled away from the ceiling. What made the experience even more concerning was learning from neighbors that there had reportedly been frequent police activity at the property and that the number of occupants may have exceeded what was outlined in the lease. Based on the overall condition of the property and the lack of oversight, I was left with little confidence in how the tenancy was managed. Overall, I found Lucy to be unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking in transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with her.

I documented the unit with videos before moving out. When I returned the keys, management told me they would reach out if they needed the carpet cleaning receipt. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.

Isabel, a CCM team member, came by weekly to clean the walkways, driveways, and laundry area. She did a fantastic job, and honestly, I think her regular visits played a big part in keeping everything in such great shape. It was not just the cleaning -- it was the consistent presence and attention to detail. Maintenance? Fast and professional. Ted, Bernadette, and Mayra were always quick to respond and genuinely cared. Service felt personal, not transactional. I happened to have a lovely patio, which made my living experience even better -- but the real standout was the way CCM values both their properties and the people who live in them. I had to take care of my mother's rental after her sudden passing. We were only given 21 days, to vacate the property. They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! They only care about their money I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THEM.
