I was in Orlando and always like to check cake supplies for my business when there.I stumbled into this cake supply, it was stocked with cute cookie cutters and gum paste figurines for cakes but it lacked updated merchandise and chocolate for ganache or melting they only had one brand and pretty pricey as well as other items. Service was not the best the ladies at the counter were more concerned with their conversation than helping a customer. I did get a few things but would not return. read more

I was really surprised with these reviews. The past few times I have been at this location the staff was super nice. The staff is very informative of the items and they helped me with my business it has literally anything you need. From boxes for treats to colors for Fondant/chocolate. Came here to buy products and take a course for a start up business but I left disappointed. When asked if the fondant classes were offered on a personal basis, instead of a simple no the employee repeated what she said. The staff here were extremely, extremely rude. I am actually floored at the disrespect that I walked out and made sure they did not receive any of my business. The employees did not want to answer any questions and when they did answer they did it with an attitude. These employees leave you talking to yourself, they expect you to find the stuff yourself, prices were incorrect etc. I can continue on but the last straw was me asking for an item (highlighter) behind a glass and while engaged in conversation, the lady grabs a phone call and walks away. I was dumbfounded and decided to walk away myself, but to my car! The products are good and reasonably priced but the individuals there made me not want to buy anything even if it was given to me at a discounted price.
