We've used plenty of different bakeries in Atlanta area and haven't found one that makes delicious and beautiful cakes. Mark is an excellent communicator. He is prompt honest and delivers exactly what he says he's going to do. His cake was not only beautiful, but it was moist and delicious and the fillings were amazing. Everyone loved the flavor of the cake and the look of it. Will be using his services for years to come.

Always communicate with me so nothing is missed for the special day and make sure I get what I am wanting. I let him know my thoughts and he made it happen. If it is something he can't do, then he definitely gives great ideas to come with a magical cake at the end. Not only is the cake beautifully made but it is also scrumptious. As my boyfriend said for his birthday cake, "it's too pretty to eat." I highly recommend anyone who is wanting a top-notch cake for your special event to order your cake from Baker's Man Inc. Price is reasonable and the facility to pick up the cake is easy to find. Baker's Man also made some cookies for me as well to match with the cake.

I ordered a very specific birthday cake for my better half's 40th birthday. I knew from the moment I started talking with Mark that he would be amazing to work with. He was incredibly professional and genuinely enthusiastic about the project. He listened to exactly what I wanted and made some key suggestions. We had a short series of emails to confirm everything and make sure all was correct. The price he gave was more than fair and he even encouraged me to go with the smaller of two sizes when I was unsure. I chose the larger one anyway, and I'm glad I did. The cake itself was excellent and everyone loved it. As I told Mark, it is such a tremendous pleasure to work with someone who executes his business at the highest possible standard on levels of communication, service, and quality of product. After cancelling my son's birthday plans due to Covid-19, I knew we needed to do something to make it special. Since we're limited in what we can do right now, I thought a cool, custom cake would help. I called around, and was lucky to get ahold of Mark from Baker's Man. I let him and his team know what my son likes: computer games, sushi, ramen, and anything cookies & cream. Mark suggested a sushi design with marble cake and cookies & cream filling. He went into detail of what the sushi cake would look like. It sounded great to me, so I went with it! We set a date and time for me to pick-up. What we received was no ordinary cake. It was a 6" round work of art! Their attention to detail is incredible. The cake was essentially a giant sushi roll with tuna, roe, caviar, avocado, rice, and ginger & wasabi on the side... all of my son's favorites in a sushi! It was exquisite, not to mention delicious! The cake was thick, but moist. The cookies & cream filling was on point and even came with chunks of cookies. The flavor was great and had just the right amount of sweetness. My son was very impressed and so was everyone else who saw a photo of it! It definitely earned me some "cool mom" points. I may have died a little when we had to cut it. We couldn't have asked for a better cake for my son's birthday. Baker's Man delivered and made my son's sushi cake dreams come true!

I have ordered from Baker's man about 3 times and every time is awesome! I work for Mercedes-Benz Stadium and I have placed some pretty sizable orders of cookies and cupcakes and all have been custom. The most recent order was in a pinch because one of our executive members wanted a cookie order for a meeting within a day. Marc and Becky came through and provided the order and delivered to us right on time for the meeting. The customer service is always the best and they will do whatever they can to make the orders work. To add an even greater touch, when Marc delivered the cookies, brought me an amazing chocolate cupcake treat. I will definitely be using them again.

Marc baked a beautiful birthday cake for our son's birthday- Disney's Cars themed. He did such a fantastic job and was so easy to work with! We'll keep coming back for the most special birthday cakes ! Highly recommend. Also peeped his wedding cakes - stunning!

Mark did an amazing job on my sons graduation cake. The process was so easy and he really listened to the crazy idea I had in my head and made it into a cake. They truly are a custom cake bakery. Everyone was very pleased with the cake. The flavor choices were amazing as well as the filling and frosting. I hate frosting, but Baker's Man frosting was so good. Not overtly sweet and thick but very smooth and nicely sweetened. The cake itself was so soft and moist. And everything on the cake is edible. I am so thankful to have found the gem!! It was worth every dollar!! Thank you again Mark for the amazing memory that you crafted for my family!!

A cake is more than just a cake, and Mark and his team know it! For my daughter's 10th b-day, we wanted to find something that really her personality and was of course, delicious! We looked at 4-5 places claiming to make custom cakes but all fell short of what we were both envisioning. We arrived at Baker's Man Inc, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. Mark immediately made sure my daughter knew she had full creative control! They talked through every detail, and we parted ways knowing we made a great decision. Well, I'll tell you (but please keep it a secret) we have found our cake spot! The cake design was truly out of this world.. and the flavor, to die for. Everyone at the party was in awe and the hardest part?.. nobody wanted to cut into such a thing of beauty! (we quickly overcame that feeling) A huge thanks for making such an important moment of our lives, that much more special and memorable. We will be back for many more!

Had high hopes for a custom cake order after seeing previous reviews and photos, however it became evident that this bakery's skill set in decorating seems to be limited to fondant. When it comes to actual execution, especially of piping skills, it fell disappointingly short. I ordered a custom (first picture) and asked to be made exactly like that, however when the "completed" cake (second picture) was sent to me- I was extremely disappointed to see that not only were all the colors off, they had taken it upon themselves to coat the cake in an iridescent sheen that was not asked for- or appropriate for the vibes of the event the cake was for. Aside from the crooked and sloppy nature of the words on the cake- it was not what I excepted or requested. After letting them know it was not like the cake I had specifically requested- they seemed to take it personal, and executed some changes that indubitably made it worse than before- somehow. The last picture is the final result, with the word on the cake 10x worse and sloppier than before- not to mention the completely wrong color of the wording which makes it look especially bland and underwhelming. When I tried to communicate my concerns and disappointment, I was met with attitude unbecoming of a professional company- there were no assurances or even a courtesy discount. Just a simple "if you don't like it don't pick it up"- which then left me with a choice of either a sloppy; bad cake or no cake at all. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from here. If you are looking for genuine piping and custom talent- go elsewhere. However if you are looking for run of the mill 90% fondant cakes- you have found the spot.
