I got nothing I wanted in court, I couldn't get ahold of her, I felt completely helpless and alone and I just wanted to give up. ....And then I found Rosie. Rosie called me in immediately for a face to face interview. She listened to me, she listened to my story. She was compassionate to my situation. She didn't give me the "ra ra" cheerleader version. She told me how it could go GOOD and BAD. And then she mapped out step by step what her plan of attack was going to be. She explained herself thoroughly and why she thought this was best for my situation. She answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I knew there was always the chance that things might not go my way, but she had a strong confidence- I trusted in her..Rosie gave me hope again. Rosie remained available for me throughout my entire case. She was extremely attentive, calling with updates- sometimes daily. My calls got returned within hours! In court, she was great. She met with my ex before getting in front of the judge and she was so good with him (he's a handful). She is very familiar with court rules and always prepared. She would coach me on court etiquette and the proper way to address and speak to the judge. There were a couple times that I wanted something from the court that she didn't necessarily think was best and she told me that, but I insisted and she wasn't afraid to address the judge regarding my wants. She was quick on her toes and had an answer for everything my ex and/or the judge brought up. The short of it is, Rosie completely turned my case around- I got everything I wanted and some. She relentlessly fought for me. With her extensive background and knowledge, She was able to catch my ex in lies and even fraud right in front of the judge! She suggested and carried out things I didn't even know I could do- like order my ex to search for full time work..among other things.
