We finally talked on the phone and also mentioned to him that we already had an appointment set up with a family law attorney. He was very informative and asked us to talk to the lawyer before making any decisions. We were very grateful for that because it showed us that he really cared and didn't just want to take our money. Well after talking to the lawyer we realized that Josh was a better fit for what we needed and decided to hire him. We do not regret our decision one bit. I have been more at ease knowing that he is helping us and really took a huge weight off our shoulders. He is very understanding and very knowledgeable and always gets back to us in a timely matter and also always communicates with us on everything that he is doing and answers all our questions. He also sends us the paperwork to review and wants to make sure we are happy with it before he files anything. We are so thankful that we found him and how helpful he has been through all this process. We definitely feel that the price we payed was fair and we would use him again and again. We highly recommend him. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

His questions as well as his responses to my questions conveyed a deep understanding of the invisible nuances that exist in families while also conveying a clear path forward for our particular needs. The straightforward simplicity of what services he offers and the value that you get is also a big deal, especially when you're already stressed out. I hope that no family ever needs help sorting through hardships, but if you do, definitely give Family Solutions a try.

UPDATE 07/21/2026:…read more Ron, the owner of the company, personally reached out to me after learning about my concerns. He was considerate, listened to what had happened, and took steps to address the issues. He also arranged for the necessary services to be provided at the home, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, I am still not comfortable dealing with the property manager assigned to our area. I think much of my frustration came from feeling that the tone of some of our conversations was dismissive and left me feeling unheard, even though I believed the issues I raised were reasonable and related to the condition of the property during our first 30 days of tenancy. Overall, I appreciate that Ron took my concerns seriously and followed through with a resolution.

I had a great experience with Michael Belden. I needed help with a client that was going through probate and Michael was very nice, responsive, and gave me a new perspective on how an attorney should be. I read the other review (1star), and it sounds like this poor woman was grieving and needed to vent and make somebody the bad guy. How dare she make an insinuation that he would possibly do anything because of his connection to a funeral home. Absurd. And, a little slanderous? It offended even me. I have never met Michael, but, my experience was stellar. Just sayin' ! I am in a business where I can make referrals, and I would not hesitate to refer Michael.
