I cannot recommend this firm. We have been working since 2019 to have my mothers estate taxes completed. There was a snag in us selling a property which didn't happen until june 2021, so I understand they may not have been able to complete everything, however since June 2021 (it is now april 2022) we have had nothing short of excruciating difficulty getting anything done. Firstly, I am not an accountant so I didn't know we should have been filing taxes for all those years, and now there are late penalties. OK fine, it's a small estate and there was no tax owing (cause my deceased mother wasn't working obviously) but those years could/should have been filed in my opinion. Emails and attempts to contact this firm are not responded to, documentation is sent multiple times, only to have the SAME documentation requested again a month or two later, we have sent them "x" amount of money to cover taxes the estate owes, only to find out, "oh no x isnt enough money, we also owe "y" amount too." Ok, but there has been no confirmation the first amount was sent to the government, We were told in February that we would receive confirmation from the government of balance owing, It's now april and nothing, My last 3 emails have not been responded to. At this point I feel we are held hostage, as the firm has our $ and we cannot get a response. I have gmail documentation showing only about 25% of emails are even acknowledged, and will be filing a complaint with the CPAA. My last review on google was taken down, but I feel this is simply an honest account of my experience here, and I am not violating community standards, and I will just keep reposting this as others should know this firm is not trustworthy. read more

If you want a simple wedding ceremony he is your man. Dont get too elaborate. We did not have a…read morering bearer so we decided on a ring warming ceremony instead. Our rings we to be passed around to each guest to hold and warm with their hands and love. I provided this to my wedding planner and to John and his wife well in advance of the wedding. This ceremony and instructions were to be the 1st thing read at the beginning after welcoming all. It was never mentioned. And even though I had it printed on the 1st page of my programs my planner neglected to actually have them given to my guests nor did she point out the ceremony. But that is why I asked for it to be included as part of the service. My guests had no clue what to do, they thought I was passing our rings around to brag or something. The ONE thing I wanted in my ceremony and they couldn't do it. I wasn't asking for some lame sand or candle ceremony. I just asked for a few sentences about passing my rings around. I even provided the script to boot, the EXACT thing printed in the program. Also when I met them months before he wedding to discuss the ring ceremony I also asked for him to mention we wanted a group photo and for ask everyone to stick around for that. Not a single hint of this. However I must say he filed the marriage quickly we had the paperwork waiting for us at the reception.
