Yasmine is one of the best managers around town. Max has the best service day or night. The food is good no matter what I've ordered. The variety is all around good. The ambiance is great for whatever you're feeling. Quiet and relaxing during the day or interesting and learning at trivia night!

Baker St Pub was the perfect spot for our work holiday social, and honestly--it delivered from start to finish. We came in deep with a group of about 40, and the staff didn't flinch. Service was quick, friendly, and clearly well-coordinated--you could tell they had all hands on deck and knew exactly what they were doing. No chaos, no side-eye, just smooth execution. The appetizers were a hit across the board, and the drinks? Well-crafted and consistent (which matters when you're serving a crowd). Bonus points for the pool table tucked in the back--I managed to sneak in a few games and it added to the laid-back, social vibe of the night. All in all, it was a really great evening with solid service, good food, and the kind of atmosphere that makes hosting a large group feel effortless. Would absolutely recommend for group events or a casual night out.

I was in search of Good Old English Fish & Chips: Entered this quaint establishment for the very first time. Immediately greeted by the sound of a miniature sized dog in the arms of his owner at the bar. Not choosing to leave, was told to seat ourselves. Food: Very Mid. I ordered the Fish & Chips. Other members in our party ordered Wings and Fries. I had to find someone to bring missing fries after waiting for more than:15 minutes, which should have come with their meal. Chicken had the texture and appeal of gorilla ankles. The fish was not fresh. Gave overall straight from the freezer appearance. Finally when leaving, I had to finally flag the lady down at the bar to settle our check, because our server never returned. While there, I asked the male server for an Olive. He literally reached over for the shot glass and picked 2 olives up...WITH HIS BARE FINGERS!!!! Yep, it's a no for me.

I was super impressed with the Shepherd's Pie and Fish and Chips. They have a good selection of beers as well. I really enjoyed the pub experience and thought the ambiance was vibrant. Our waiter was helpful in giving us recommendations.

Memory is a funny thing. It's sort of like home...or, at least, the concept of home. You remember one thing and all along it was something else. I've been pub-hopping tonight. Revisiting the relics of my late twenties and, boy, are my memories faulty. Baker St. was more reminiscent of stale European grime than the quaint pub I remember. Their beer offerings are limited and none of them are British, despite being named and themed after THE Baker St. of myth and legend. Legendary, it is not. Save your pennies. Fly to England. I had the Big English burger which is fine. The onions, however, are grilled...not caramelized as advertised.

My experience at Baker St. Pub & Grill was just okay, it wasn't the best but not the worst either. This is a good spot to grab SOME drinks and be on your way. I wouldn't say this is the best hang out spot since I didn't find the vibes to be all there. They do have a front patio if you want to sit outside. There's a happy hour drink menu which is at a reasonable price. My 5 friends and I decided to come here to have a couple of drinks before heading to constellation field for a baseball game. I went ahead and ordered something simple that you can't mess up, which is 2 shots of Jack Daniel's. Then for my meal I got the Bacon Cheddar burger and I added caramelized onions & for my side I chose the onion rings (extra 1.49). The burger was underwhelming in taste & considering I asked for medium rare, it came out well done and the patty was dry & flavorless. It says on their menu that they hand make their patties but to be honest it just tasted like frozen from the bag. Even with the caramelized onions on top of the burger the meat was still dry. The only nice thing that I can say is that the bun was toasted nicely with butter & the bacon was good. The portion of my onion rings was small & it came out close to cold. The batter was crispy but unfortunately it was greasy. I also got to try my friend chicken tender and it was a different take on how we usually make them, it was made with like a fish and chips batter which I find a bit odd but this is an English Pub so I guess it's understandable. Our server Ben was attentive and laid back but he forgot to bring out my sauces, however he fixed the issue ASAP. Overall it was alright, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back but with a group of friends, yes. It's your typical bar food but below par quality food.

New Fire Cracker Shrimp is so delicious! Menu has several new items including authentic Italian pasta dishes!!

Does it have the Bookshelf restroom?

It does not. I believe this location was built before the company started designing that into their floor plan.

Paper towel dispenser wasn't working and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Overall 2/5. I visited on a Saturday and service was notably slow despite the low volume of customers. You get a plate added to the ceiling/wall and a reveal special for you. FSDE gives you a certain amount of free drinks and food for your party. It's pretty interesting how it works. They have a cool app to track everything. Bella was our waitress. She kept the drinks flowing with ease and a smile. There were about 15-17 of us throughout the time we spent there for the party. They brought out hot wings and quesadillas. I am not a wing person, so I stayed with the quesadillas. They were delicious! I really liked the flavor and they were fairly large (especially for a "free" party). Everyone was really nice and we had a great time. I am not a fan of places in town/city centers, as they are so hard to park in and you have a lot of traffic, but I did enjoy this place. We UBERED, so that helped since we were dropped off and picked up right at the entrance. FSDE has a nice long semi covered patio with benches. Great for outdoor seating like sunny days and unseasonably warm days like we've had lately. Again, the place overall was good. It's just not my preferred area of town, nor type of venue. If you like pub style bars, you will probably like this place.

For being a chain, they are quite consistent but maybe better here in Texas with the service than in California. I ordered a split flavor of wings. They came out hot and seasoned just right. They didn't douse the dry rub or sauce too much when this is usually my biggest pet peeve about wings. It was just right. The only thing that went wrong was that I had asked for all flats but it came out mixed. Jonathan quickly recognized that and I let him know it was fine as is. Another miss was that one of our guys didn't get mashed potato's on the side and wasn't told they were out until his dish came out without it. He was of course provided the option right away to choose something else. But maybe better communication with the kitchen staff might have resolved both these issues. We also ordered the cookie pazookie monster. The blue icecream was just plain vanilla icecream. Cookie though as always, was delicious. All in all, great experience here at BJs.

I go to the Pearland location all the time and have never had issues. To note, it was not the food but the HORRIBLE service. My kids had an appt in Sugarland, so we went to the Missouri City location because it was closer. About 6 months prior, we had a bad experience at the Missouri City location and I decided then not to go back but didn't want to hold on to that one bad experience because prior visits were pretty good. Anyway, when we sat down, the waiter seemed nice initially. He seemed in a rush but still nice. After he seated the family behind us, his service got worse. I was with my family of 4 and we only had 2 sets of utensils, so I asked him for 2 more and he practically threw paper napkins on the table. I told him we need 2 of the cloth napkins with utensils and he said he has to walk all the way to the front to get it so we needed to wait. I said okay. My mom ordered the salmon and asked if she could substitute the broccoli because she didn't like broccoli. He said sure and she replaced with roasted vegetables. When her order arrived, it had all broccoli and ONE piece of cauliflower. I mentioned to the waiter she didn't want the broccoli and he said very rudely "THATS WHAT SHE ORDERED". By this time he was rude, so I went to the front and asked very nicely if we can get another waiter. The manager came explained later that the roaster vegetables have broccoli in it. If that is true, the waiter could have explained that instead of being so rude and frankly, if my mom said I DONT LIKE BROCCOLI and asked to substitute broccoli for roasted vegetables, why didn't he just say the roasted vegetables have mostly broccoli in it because there was only broccoli on the plate and one piece of cauliflower. We ate our meal and were planning to get dessert but didn't because of the poor service. The manager came out and I said I didn't want to make a big deal about it but would just prefer he not wait on us any more. I asked for a to-go container, which he brought. Whats crazy is that the rude waiter continued to wait on us. He brought the menu and asked if we wanted dessert. I said no and he grabbed the menu with an attitude. The kids who love the pizookies didn't want to get because they said they didn't want him to do something to them in the back so I took them someone else for dessert. How sad. My 11 and 13 year olds asked "can we not come here anymore please". As I stated earlier, we enjoy BJ's and have never had an issue at the Pearland location but I will NEVER go back to the Missouri City location. After reading the other reviews, they really seem to have an issue that they need to address. To end, I respect waiters for what they do because it can't be easy dealing with so many different personalities on a daily basis. I am very mindful of that and always try to be respectful to the point of tipping very well for great service. For example $35 for a $70 bill. However, as hard as it was, I could not leave a tip for that service. I didn't like how he mad me and my family feel.

The wait time was as expected for that amount of people to come in. I had the fire roasted salmon and I loved it. It was a great contrast of differing textures and flavors. They do an excellent job in trying to accommodate everyone and they made an effort to regularly check in. This place has that woody, western vibe to it. It wasn't fresh and the feta cheese was a bit too overwhelming. As for the spinach and artichoke dip, I felt like it was okay. Didn't really like the tomatoes as it made the dip runny and hinder the taste from the star ingredients of the dish. The smoked gouda burger was the best. The meat was cooked perfectly and the amount for each ingredients were given generously. I also really loved how you really can taste the smokiness from the bite. As for the pasta, I thought that it was good but not the best. It was starting to get a bit heavy with the amount of cheese and I do wish the cajun flavor could be a bit stronger. The chicken was also on the dry side but it's still pretty decent. Overall, this place is okay. Service could've been a bit better since it took a while for us to find someone to help us on our water refill and check.
