Jason worked with an engineer and a designer to entirely transform my house into my dream home, I still can't believe I am lucky enough to be living here. He redesigned the back of the house to add structural support to create an entire wall of bifold doors so we have a continuous ocean view from one side of the house to the other. Every window was replaced with thermally broken aluminum and Jason negotiated with Teza to get me the best price. He added a huge balcony off the primary bedroom with modern cable and metal railings that will last for a lifetime, where I sit with the dogs and enjoy the views while I smoke my cigars. The kitchen has a sink now in an island facing out to the water. We have all new cabinets through the kitchen and whole house, beautiful countertops, and all new appliances. I have my dream primary bathroom with mirrors in reclaimed frames, an accent wall with wallpaper, and we converted the adjacent bedroom into a gigantic walk in closet now connected to the primary bedroom with a barn door. New railings were put onto the stairs that were custom welded for the house. All new flooring was added to both floors of the house, and an entire wall of bookshelves. Most importantly - Jason is meticulous, every floor is perfectly even and every beam precisely placed, and I have complete confidence in all of the structural and electrical work - this house will stand strong in a storm or earthquake. I feel completely safe and happy in my home. I was initially a little nervous about the price, but Jason more than delivered and the house looks better than I had ever dreamed was possible. Now it is taking him another month to level outside the house. There is no concrete under the structure so it literally sits on dirt. He is rude, and discourteous to the neighbors. He does not care how much noise he makes or what time he is making it which causes disruption to everyone. He constantly complains that he needs money and has no money. He sends insulting emails to the president of the street and threatens people (he has no proof) who, he believes have turned him into the county. He is not a pleasant neighbor. He manipulates and lies. If he has been in business for 20 years, as he claims, where is the evidence? Don't trust Jason Blake.
