Melissa Baker and her staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Baker Audiology takes the time and shows interest on who you are to personally find what you need. There is never any pressure to just get a certain type of hearing product. Rather, you receive the opportunity to learn and try one (or more) hearing aids to see what best works for you. The office was efficient, friendly and well organized. I am 65 years young and I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. I wanted a hearing screening and an ear check. It went very smooth and it did not even hurt. I found out I do not need hearing aids which was great news. I have great hearing even though my adult children might disagree. Now I have papers to prove my hearing is great! Thank you Dr. Baker! Lori M. read more
