There was mention of scarring a couple times that I can remember, but in passing. I did not consent to this. No one in their right mind would consent to looking like this. The doctor had no in-depth conversation with me about this type of scarring even being possible. I also have lost some function in my right eyebrow. The eyebrows do not react the same as each other. This was also never discussed. I have contacted plastic surgery associates, and have sent texts, and have been told that this is "normal". This is in no way shape or form normal. I do not know a single person who wants to look like this at the end of the day, nor who would agree to surgery, that would leave them looking like this for the rest of their lives. The response to my concerns has been lackluster and apathetic to say it very lightly. As a result, I'm no longer dating, I can't go out in public without wearing a hat, and I barely visit with friends or family. It has affected my confidence, and my self-esteem, and has me feeling completely gutted after this experience. Their website says: "As architects of beauty and renewal, we're committed to offering a deeply personal and uplifting path towards aesthetic transformation. We pride ourselves on combining expert knowledge with a genuine understanding of each patient's unique needs and desires. Let us be a part of your journey to renewal and confidence." But this is not the reality of the care they offer, or mindfulness they take. I look so much worse than I did before coming to Plastic Surgery Associates.

As I live an hour from town I rescheduled but thought that it was awesome that she took time out to warn me to ensure my safety. Obviously customer care is imperative to this Spa. Finally when I came in for my procedure today It was my first time at the spa as they did have a deal for the procedure I was getting I decided to switch things up. Chelsea was the NP that worked with me and was super friendly and knowledgable. She was conservative with her treatment and assured me I could always come back if I was not 100% satisfied. This is important as some procedures are not immediately reversible and it is better to start conservatively even though I know I can be pushy sometimes ;) I have been to many other med spas and must say they have a good thing going. As it was my first visit I cannot vouch for 5 stars quiet yet but I will be back. The ladies at the front desk were also very professional and helpful unlike some other med spas I have been to. I must say this is also in a new up-and-coming area of Sioux Falls that was fun to explore while waiting for my appointment! I will be back for sure!

From the time I walked in, I knew this place was special. It was clean, well decorated, with designated spaces designed to enhance the experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and check in, I was offered a warm robe and slippers. They provide lockers for your personal belongings. The women's area was very clean and well organized, complete with showers and toiletries for your needs. Throughout the facility, there were stations for beverages, coffee, tea, and water. While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards.
