We moved from one side of Wausau to the other, and the whole process was done in just a few hours due to their hard work. The crew of three were also very personable and polite, and they were very willing to work with us on placement of items into specific rooms even though we did not have things labeled well. They even gave us helpful advice on how to not scratch our new floor with our existing furniture. The price was very reasonable and worth every dollar. If we ever move again, we will not hesitate to give them a call. Five stars, highly recommended.

Dakota worked 2 days straight and Rebecca was with him on day 2. they swept and cleaned up after each workday leaving the workspace clean and cleared. They both were personable and engaging with the customer. They explained the process when I asked as they worked through the basement. Plenty of photo documentation of the work. They had a consistent and sustained work pace. In fact, their pace during the job was more than I would have been able to handle. You should ask for either of these employees by name if you're in the Wausau area requesting mitigation services.

The paperwork was to me to sign before the end of the evening. They showed up the next week and in less than three hours had cleaned out the basement, sideyard, backyard, and a corner of the garage, everything that the hoarder renters had left behind, including an old hot tub. He did have to come back a couple days later to get the broken trailer they had left me, but it didn't affect the price. Very professional, very prompt, worth the price.

There were some hiccups here and there such as incompatible sub flooring, etc. the installers rolled with the punches and did a great job. We were very happy with the selection and quality of products offered as well as the expertise of the installers. It did take quite a while for the products to be delivered and to have us scheduled for install. The installation took quite a while as well with the hiccups but it was worth the wait to have it done right. If you are looking for someone to come in tomorrow and get the job done this is probably not the place for you. If you are patient and are looking for quality over convenience then I would recommend Carpet City 100%.

From the moment we walked in the door and Bob found us and really listened to what we wanted and needed, went over best product options with us, then got us set up... even coming out to the house to eye it all up and ensure we were prepping correctly for best install... to the moment Peter was installing, we felt absolutely assured that we had chosen the best and right flooring store and received the best (i.e., knowledgable, skilled, experienced, personable) level of expertise and customer service out there. Our room has been transformed... we are delighted, absolutely satisfied and HIGHLY recommend Carpet City, with its wide range of beautiful, functional flooring options, but its other best resources are absolutely its people, especially Bob... with great assists from Meghann and Tina, and of course Peter, whose professionalism, skill and artist eye made the product "come alive" with a quality install on our floor. Kudos, Carpet City!
