Easy one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with Uhaul. I have used uhaul multiple times with…read moreno issues, until today! Was given a price and then at check out, was told a MUCH larger price and when asked about the original price that was given by the employee, I was told "he is new, sorry about that, we cannot talk what he said as the pricing". When asking to speak to someone higher up, they LIED to the guy saying the the worker never said that, but then when I said they called him and asked and he verified he DID say that, then the higher up said we should have looked closer at our contract because the worker was new. Like, why would we do that if we asked?! Should we not be trusting the people working at Uhaul or believing what they say?! Just such an upsetting experience and disappointing interaction. No one can take accountability for their wrong quote given by their "new" employee. Ridiculous. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I will tell every single person I know. This location is awful and uhaul is extremely disappointing!
