I have been tanning with CPT for about 7 years now. I started with the 22 mile road location, moved to the Livernois location, and frequent the Mound location as I work out at the gym in the same plaza. Every time I go into the Mound location, I am strictly guided on what to tan in, amount of time, and bombarded with unnecessary questions. Again, I have been tanning for about 7 years and I know what levels I can do, how much time, lotions, etc. etc.. If I want to up my time for the bed by ONE minute, I should be able to do so. I understand if I wanted to make a jump like 5 minutes but ONE?? Not to mention that who I assume is the manager of the Mound location I have seen outside the salon on multiple occasions on her phone and smoking. I feel that doing that is a bad look for the company considering she is on the clock and wearing CPT apparel. I will never go back to this location. It is a shame to have to write this as I love CPT but that location is nothing but problematic. I will be sticking to my Livernois location from now on as they treat me like a human, and not just a person with a dollar sign over my head.

Because of this, I needed time between sessions to monitor how my skin reacted to the UV exposure. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that my sessions had a 10-day expiration window ending on April 27. During that time, I experienced significant burning with the level 5 UV, and I had hoped to try the level 6 session I still had remaining to see if it would produce a similar reaction. Given the circumstances, I'd really appreciate the opportunity to use my final session rather than letting it go to waste. I'm hesitant to spend additional money without knowing how my skin will respond, especially since I already purchased this session.
