Meath sculptress Betty Newman Maguire brought a touch of historical magic to the City Centre with her nod to Dubh Linn's ancient past.
The gentle curving of Baite, the half-sunken "drowned" ship, lifts the lines of this simple metal work piece and brings together new art and ancient history. The seats within the piece bring viewers into the sculpture (literally).
