She failed to: * file any motions, * advise me on immediate remedies, * notify the court, * or take any steps to enforce the orders or protect my parental rights. Her lack of response left me vulnerable during moments that required urgent legal action. 3. Failure to Present Key Evidence in Court One of the most serious issues was that Nancy did not present crucial evidence in court, evidence that was necessary to support my claims, demonstrate the violations, and show the pattern of behavior affecting my child and this case.
