When we were first introduced to Chet and his paralegal, they were great salespeople--personable, seemed promising...it all sounded great. Very quickly, we found that we were unable to get a hold of Chet and his team. We maybe were able to squeeze one single 30 min meeting in RIGHT before our hearing to discuss the facts (which we shared with Chet and his team over the phone and they seemed to forget everything that was discussed). Burk was handling the adoption of my son until a rogue home health agency called cps on me. So I ended up having to hire another attorney for the cps case. After we won that case in course my new attorney also handle the adoption of my son. After the adoption was finalized burk tried to bill me for the work he supposedly already done. I told him I would talk to my attorney about it and I never heard another word from him. I wouldn't hire this guy to fight a parking ticket.
