Then, she informed me that she forgot to bring the keys for the property and could she get 'em to us "later?" (The simultaneous "thud" you hear is that of the jaws of me, my wife, Realtor, mortgage broker, attorney, title/escrow manager, and seller's attorney hitting the table.)
