I can't say enough good things about the experience I've had working with Christie and Click…read moreProperties. One thing was absolutely abundantly apparent from day one (which seems like forever ago) and that is the fact that Christie puts the needs and desires of her clients first and foremost. Always. She originally took time to chat with me about what it was my wife and I were looking for in a house, when I expressed that I wasn't even sure if we wanted to move. She didn't mind. She listened, she advised and helped. She wanted us to find the home that was right for us. And she didn't force a single thing on us, or idea. This was our show and she was simply there to guide us. How awesome is that, right? As the months progressed, our plans changed and evolved. Towns we originally looked at were crossed off our lists. Types of homes we wanted changed and so did our price plan. Nothing seemed to bother Christie and she rolled with each new change like the pro that she is. Always professional, always (ALWAYS) caring about what we wanted. When we went into this, we thought we had a buyer lined up for our townhouse already. As the process moved along, he backed out and we asked Click Properties to list the home for us. But our fear was that we'd sell our house before finding a new one to live in. And if we contracted with Click to list it then they had to sell it if they found us a qualified buyer, right? No. "You guys! I'm not like that!" Christie said. And I will never forget that moment, when all our fears went away and we knew we'd made the absolute best choice possible in working with a realtor. She assured us that all the decisions would be ours. She was there just to facilitate the process. And that brought comfort to us that meant the world. Of course, about an hour after Christie uttered those words we stepped foot into what would become our new home, but none of us knew it at the time. Throughout the process, each time a problem arose, she was calm and comforting and clear with explanations. She was completely communicative and helpful the whole time. She made herself available to us around the clock, and was quick to inform us whenever she needed to be out of town. There are so many bumps that can come up with real estate transactions, and having a professional there to guide you with your best intentions at heart makes all the difference. Thanks to Christie and Click Properties for making this move as comfortable and seamless as possible. If you are thinking of utilizing a real estate professional, I would HIGHLY recommend you work with Click Properties. -- As an aside, Click Properties recommended we work with Corby Mortage to handle our loan. Unfortunately, our experience with Corby was not at all positive and I would recommend you look elsewhere. I am sure our experience was not reflective of everyone's, and do not hold it against Click Properties, but I would encourage you to seek out other mortgage options.

When we decided to begin to get serious about house shopping last year, Christie and Click…read moreProperties were recommended to us. It doesn't matter if this is your first house or your 20th - buying a house is always a scary proposition and a HUGE commitment, so you want to make sure that you're working with someone who has your best interests at heart and genuinely cares about you. I can definitely say both of these things about Click Properties. It is certainly true that Christie and her team always work to put the shopper first. There was never a moment where we felt pressured to look at things out of our price range. Also, I will be the first to admit that I was a pretty needy customer and was constantly sending Christie houses that I'd find online or drive past, or asking her random annoying questions. She always was quick to respond and supportive, even if I was acting like a total weirdo! I feel like I learned so much about the home-buying process from Christie, who is genuinely enthusiastic about her job and loves to give tips and pointers about what to look for. Even if you are total newbie, she will make sure that nothing is overlooked in helping you find the perfect new home for you and also make you a better consumer in the process. We were not on the home sales end, since we were renting, but if and when we ever do decide to sell our current home, Christie will be the first person that I call. I have all confidence that she handles that side of things with just as much enthusiasm and support as she does for the buyer end. We are so thankful to Christie for helping us find the perfect home for us!
