Another shop in Pueblo couldn't get here until 10 days from my call and another has not returned my call. And, as I live in Pueblo, this business has relocated to Fowler making it even more difficult to get to Pueblo. I rarely need appliance repair so, it's been awhile since I have used their services. They came out again in Jan. 2017 and replaced it again and wanted to charge me again for it. I refused to pay since I had just paid them for a new one. Now, July 2017, it's not working yet again and they will not stand by their work. They won't even come out unless I pay for a service call. I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service and their work are both terrible.

While the measurements done by OBS' crew were accurate, sadly the old house isn't square anymore. So not a perfect fit. Nonetheless, quality is what we paid for. The material does change, and did during our purchase process, not their fault. Indeed OBS worked with us to find acceptable alternatives. More common materials for construction projects are readily available, and they will haul to your site as needed. The quality is what you can find anywhere. The knowledge and assistance from the people is above par.
