Nobody in the office when we arrived to pick up our order. Sign posted requesting we not enter the shop, so we complied. For ten minutes. Then we called their phone number from our cell phone and nobody answered. That's when we walked over to the shop. Saw a gentleman and asked if anyone was around so that we could pay for and pick up our order. He asked the name in the order. We told him. He disappeared. We stood around a few minutes more and then he came out and said to come into the office. He confirmed order, took payment and said nothing. Literally. No small talk, no thank you for your business. Nada. We then asked where to load and he said "stay where you are". He sent a guy out on a skid steer who loaded us, again said nothing. No offer of help strapping it down or anything . If we hadn't paid and if it wasn't a custom order, we would have walked out without a second thought. I'm sure the sheet metal is fine as far as their product. It's hard to mess that up, but the customer service was non existent. We didn't feel appreciated, so we won't be back. read more
