We were having sewer issues and called this wonderful company. Daniel and Ben came out. They were so professional and up front on their charges. They did an amazing job. We had to get a whole sewer line. It was tough job as our lines were a mess to the point the alley had to be dug up. When we received our bill we were pleasantly surprised. It is so hard to find honest people in this industry. The Sewer Fixers are a stellar company. They will always have our buisiness. read more

At 4pm, I called them back, and asked if they were going to make it, explaining that I couldn't find the shutoff. She said they were short handed, but she would see if one of them would come. sure enough, about 15 minutes later, a very nice guy arrived and fixed the leak, as well as located the shutoff, which was hiding behind the furnace. The dishwasher is just leaking. it was wonderful that they sent someone out, helping me save on the water bill and waste. Thank you, Valley Plumbing!

Then we called their phone number from our cell phone and nobody answered. That's when we walked over to the shop. Saw a gentleman and asked if anyone was around so that we could pay for and pick up our order. He asked the name in the order. We told him. He disappeared. We stood around a few minutes more and then he came out and said to come into the office. He confirmed order, took payment and said nothing. Literally. No small talk, no thank you for your business. Nada. We then asked where to load and he said "stay where you are". He sent a guy out on a skid steer who loaded us, again said nothing. No offer of help strapping it down or anything . If we hadn't paid and if it wasn't a custom order, we would have walked out without a second thought. I'm sure the sheet metal is fine as far as their product. It's hard to mess that up, but the customer service was non existent. We didn't feel appreciated, so we won't be back.

The AC Gods Have Smiled Upon Me! If you want your air…read moreconditioner fixed by a local company, you usually have to spin a roulette wheel. Last year, I hired two different Lamar HVAC companies. They came out a total of four times, accomplished absolutely nothing, and one of them actually had the audacity to charge me for a return trip just to fail a second time. I'm pretty sure their diagnostic method was just staring at the unit and sighing deeply. Having been thoroughly burned, I gathered recommendations like infinity stones. Three different people pointed me toward this company. Desperate, I called at 6:45 AM on Monday morning, fully expecting to leave a tragic voicemail. Instead, a real human named John answered. Not only did he listen to my tragic HVAC villain backstory, but he also promised to come out himself. John arrived, rolled up his sleeves, and actually did this crazy thing called troubleshooting. Within minutes, he found the culprit: the previous geniuses had replaced my capacitor with one that was completely the wrong size. It's like trying to put a lawnmower battery into a semi-truck and wondering why it won't crank. John patiently showed me the problem, explained the math, and swapped it out for the correct part. My AC is now blowing ice-cold air, my house feels like a penguin habitat, and I couldn't be happier. To top it all off, their fees were incredibly reasonable--unlike the other guys who charged me premium prices for zero results. It turns out some folks still have actual integrity. Look no further: John is the AC whisperer. 10/10 highly recommend!
