Two young men Ethan and asst…read moretook out chair, but not before having to stop & figure out that it was too wide to go thru the front door without turning it. Both has had little to no experience with big chairs. Bed-They said as the box springs attached to the metal frame was partially curved and stuck in place (when the motor died many years ago) it'd be safer for them (to avoid possibly hitting walls) to remove the double motor and metal bed frame to bring up separately. They went downstairs to work, but both came up about 2 times each to get a different tool out of their truck instead of just bringing a tool box inside. After they'd been here about 1/2 hour, I was tired of their slowness, thinking they were goofing off, so I rang Groovy's office to complain. I had to leave a message. I went downstairs and saw the motor on the carpet. Later, I realized they'd laid the greasy/dirty motor on the carpet where a stain remains. They were banging away at the frame. I told them I wanted them out of there and to take the bed upstairs. Guess what, they brought the bed up without hitting anything! I knew it couldn't be that hard for them to do. They had some skillfulness. Later l found the spot on the carpet. Also, I saw an only once used, large, kitchen towel that I'd accidentally left on the bed thrown by one of them into a nearby waste basket! I've found that no matter the age of men or their relationship to we women, etc. they DO NOT take care of women's towels, wash cloths, etc! BTW, neither of those men spoke up to tell me they left the greasy spot on the carpet, 'cuz they wanted to intentionally deceive me. No, I didn't take Ethan up on his offer to look the area over before I went back upstairs, but the results would've still been the same. The damage was already done. So, I won't use Groovy again.

Another shop in Pueblo couldn't get here until 10 days from my call and another has not returned my call. And, as I live in Pueblo, this business has relocated to Fowler making it even more difficult to get to Pueblo. I rarely need appliance repair so, it's been awhile since I have used their services.
