I need a rhino to fix these issues caused by the implant. Of course insurance won't pay to fix it. I wonder if my nose was purposefully messed up to get me to come back to pay for a rhino down the line. I went back a few times after voicing my concerns, but I was told that "your nose is perfectly straight inside." It's actually not. The root of my problem was never fixed... I still have serious deviation issues in my nose among other problems that were never addressed properly. I also have a hump on one side of my nose from this nasal implant. Ughhh. So frustrating. Also, what they failed to inform me is, during a septoplasty, they remove the septum cartilage (not straightening it). And if you ever need a rhinoplasty, they use your septum cartilage to form your new nose. Well, since my septum has now been removed, they either have to harvest rib cartilage or use cadaver cartilage in a functional rhinoplasty to fix my current issues caused by this surgeon. I had to call 3-5 times, and each time I sat in the queue anywhere from 30 to 95 minutes before giving up or finally getting through. It should not be this difficult to contact the office or reschedule an appointment. The doctors may be great, but the administrative side seriously needs improvement. Please fix the phone system--patients shouldn't have to waste hours just trying to reach someone.

She was in the room for less than 10 minutes. Then we get a bill for a nasal endoscopy and an outpatient 45min procedure visit. An endoscopy usually involves some form of scoping which is not what happened here. There is some definite fraudulent billing here and the office is unethical. Called and nicely talked to Sandra in the office but they refused to make any adjustments. Go elsewhere and do not come here!

As this was what I was recommended to get when I came back to Ca from my ENT in SC. When I asked this the staff got incredibly weird, asked Dr. Chen who they inclined was offended by my question, and said I should have asked on the phone prior to my appointment. The other lady said he seemed offended, and asked if I could just "be done." I found out he doesn't do them and politely left. Strange experience here. I don't really leave reviews but this was a really unusual experience.
