I told him my mother didnt understand getting a mattress in a box and we were about to bring it back he said don't you bring it back to the store .i said well my mother doesn't want it. He talked over me the entire time I tried to talk to him asking him if I could add my mother to the line so he could help her understand the process he continued to talk over me .I said oh my goodness because I couldn't believe his rudeness and then he hung the phone up in my face. I won't ever shop here again. Sad thing I am a repeat customer of Phillp's but I won't shop here anymore because I refuse to be talked to any kind of way,talked over and hung up on and still do business with any company. It's really sad that a person feel they are superior to anybody to the point they can try to talk and treat them any kind of way over a phone call this sickening to me.
