No service; will ignore their obligations for annual termite bond inspection; no contact or return…read morecalls; frauds. I had a termite bond with them for 9 years since I purchased my home. Other than the first year, I had to call every year to get the annual inspection taken care of rather than them scheduling. Last year, I was unable to get in touch with them for months. Messages were left on voicemails, many phone calls made, and emails and contact through their website. I first started to reach them in the summer of 2024. Finally, in Sept 2024, I got a return call from one of my messages. The person I spoke to told me that the person that held their licenses had abruptly quit and they had been unable to perform inspections. She went on to say that another person had just passed the exam but they were "working out final details" and someone would be calling me within a few weeks. She also assured me that even though my annual inspection date had passed, that there would be no lapse in service or guarantee of the bond. Of course, no further contact came from them. We started again calling, emailing, attempting to leave messages, etc. In December, we reached someone by phone. I actually think they accidently answered. Again, we were told that a manager would be returning our call asap. No call...again. I finally gave into the truth that they were liars that could only be counted on to tell more lies. I have since retained another pest control business for a new termite bond. Of course, I had to start all over with a new installation of treatment, costing me about 4x the cost of just the annual inspection. Guaranty's only actual guarantee is that they will take your money with no faith being given that they have done any real inspection, will show up annually, or do anything they are supposed to do. If you have a bond with them, beware. There is also information from a Birmingham attorney about their business practices that indicate it has been an ongoing issue and practice for years.
