That said, I opted to have my handyman and myself clean up and fix up the rest of the property to my standard. I live here in Tulsa and I do drive by from time to time. That is my responsibility. That is my solution to that problem. I know the work is done right. Currently, I have reached out to Brian and Hannah (Business Rep) about my financial statements that need better transparency and explanation of deductions. I also have a listed amount of unpaid bills on my online account dashboard with no explanation. These things are easily fixable. "Hey this isn't making sense to me." She can come across as intimidating to those expecting the traditional "warm and emotional female". She is simply direct and practical; she is extremely effective and good at her job. It's business and I appreciated that. My advice for any potential or current tenant is to communicate early and often. Communicate clearly and ask for what you want. When I didn't get the answer I wanted, I gathered more information and spoke with her again. We were always able to resolve any issue that came up over the 7 year period. Again, she is running a business representing her homeowner clients.

O'Fallon Properties keeps Cherry Street Villas up to date, clean and their maintenance staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue I might have (hardly any) is always addressed immediately and fairly. Rent is affordable and best of all I feel very safe considering how busy Cherry Street can be on the weekends. The property never has any trouble and I often see O'Fallon Properties routinely surveying the area and making their presence known. The maintenance team truly does a wonderful job. The building and grounds are well maintained, with nice landscaping, as well as small communal areas for the residents to enjoy. They have recently installed a new gate on the property, it is heavy, and provides a level of privacy and security that is wonderful to have. If you want to live in an apartment that doesn't overcharge you, and does a great job of keeping everything maintained, then you need to look at any of their properties.

Here are my chief complaints 1. 14-page lease with all kinds of crazy language and requirements. When I asked the agent about a few things, she said not to worry about it. 2. House was falling apart and yard was a mess of mole holes and weeds. They told us to make a list of everything wrong and our list was lengthy. It included several broken locks and windows. They did not fix anything though! 3. We put down a large deposit (over a grand) plus $400 for pets. When we moved out, we cleaned thoroughly and mowed, weeded and weed wacked the yard, but we were still charged $400 for yardwork and $100 for cleaning.

I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

We were very comfortable. We noticed surrounding the party area were offices with names on the doors. An advantage to those renting office space is that party attendees see what businesses are there. There's also an area where those renting the office space can leave cards and information about their businesses. It gives them some exposure. It was a delightful wedding reception. If I should need to rent space for a party, I will definitely think of The Office.
