It's always a long wait time to see a Dr like 2 hours plus and if you address it Dr Leoni will tell you don't come back

The basic eye exams are fine and comprehensive, no complaints there. The selection of frames is good but a little pricey. Issues include that every prescription seemed off in some way, ongoing issues with the lab they use not completing the lens finishes correctly, not letting you know when glasses are in, a prescription that was filled incorrectly (verified by another dr.). Always verify what your insurance will and won't pay for; Bailey's cost seem much higher than others in the area. read more

Would not recommend and won't be going back. They messed up both the prescription and the frames for my glasses purchase. They did mostly correct the issues so that was good but seemed like new employees who didn't know what they were doing was the problem. My husband and I left work early to pick out glasses at Bailey's eye care and was told that they are too busy and only have 2 people to help so I would have to come back another day. There were NO customers in the optical area where you pick out glasses. I took a picture of the empty area and posted it on Facebook and several people commented that they have had horrible service from the staff there. Bailey's tried to tell me and my husband it's because they have people with Covid (weren't wearing masks) which is bs because there was no one trying on glasses when we were there. I was told at my eye exam that I did not have to make an appointment to try on glasses. I did like Dr. Leoni until she would not come out front to see for herself that they were not busy. She must hold herself in a higher esteem than those she serves which is ironic considering her patients are the reason she has all she has and can afford to take trips to France. We have 4 members in our immediate family that have bought glasses and contacts there. It may not effect their business now but once the word keeps spreading they will see a decline.Especially with such poor service. They never return your calls. Needless to say I won't be coming back to Baileys eye care. I'm so sick of lazy people that don't give a shit about their jobs. If you don't want to help people quit and go on welfare!!!! read more

Not very pleased... Beyond the $1200.00 cost associated to my new glasses Ive called in and left messages twice and no response. It's now been eleven business days and no contact. Since know one answers I will have to stop by next week and I will be leaving a yelp review for others to see. Looks like you've lost a customer. read more

This is our first eye visit, but we've been here for glasses a few times. The staff is extremely helpful as well as patient while my kids look at glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

Not honest about billing, they don't tell you that your vision insurance with a 10.00 copay isn't going to cover your eye exam. They never billed my vision insurance. My health insurance was billed and I ended up with a bill for 85.00. My vision insurance was obviously a waste at this office. read more

This was a great experience for my wife and I. My wife neglected to set up appointment and were told "we can work you in with no problem even though they seemed busy ..within 10 minutes we were being seen by doctor, and in the mean time we were looking at all the frame choices. I have not been to eye doctor for 20 yrs and my wife and I felt like family they took time with me and stayed late for lunch to help us. Everyone in entire office was pleasant and happy to help in any way. I would recommend the eye professionals at Bailey eye care to anyone looking for complete eye care and very large selection of frames at great prices. Waste of time and insurance. No one returns calls, tried for months to order contacts for 2 family members and had to take a half day to go there to order. Waited for over an hour and still didn't get assistance. It took 2 additional trips to order the contacts. Over a month passed and we had not received the contacts how ever the insurance company had paid for all 4 appointments plus additional out of pocket and the contacts were paid in full by insurance and additional out of pocket. After calling for 3 days I was told they had the contact and I could pick them up. I still don't have contacts because the prescription isn't correct. and this is the 2nd year in a row I have not gotten contacts or glasses because no one ever returns phone calls. No one wants to constantly take a half day to go to the same doctor over and over. No way a person should have to pay for service that is incomplete at best. read more

We just had our yearly exam for my two girls and the experience was awesome! From the time we walked in the door, every person we passed smiled at us. Super friendly staff! The techs and the doctors are wonderful. We got in a few minutes before our scheduled times and while we weren't rushed through and they were very thorough, we were out of there fast. That even included two kids picking out glasses, too! There is not one thing I would change about this visit (or previous ones!). read more

Started out great years ago, now it's just plain horrible. Staff very unfriendly, won't return calls, even though they say they will. Weeks later still waiting on glasses and contacts! Doctor nice, however that's the only good thing about the place. Definitely will not be back. Have found a new doctor. Don't spend your money here! read more

I've been going to Dr. Bailey since 1992 and have had excellent care. I have chronic dry-eye and glaucoma and the staff at Bailey Eye Care has been caring, professional, courteous, and friendly. This is not the Bailey Eye Care you remember. I was happy with their service in the past but my last experience was HORRIBLE. I had an exam and picked out frames and shelled out over $1000 and went on my way expecting the frames to come in and everything turns out fine. Nope. To make a long (6 months) story short they put the wrong prescription in the frames TWICE, they came back scratched, and they ordered lenses that did not fit my frames. Oh, and if they tell you they will call you back it is never going to happen. On two occasions they notified me that my glasses were ready but they weren't. I must have gone back 6 or 8 times and left a dozen unreturned messages. I even left three unreturned messages for Dr Leoni! Luckily a very kind person named Ayesha took pity on me and has helped me get through this mess. They offered me $50 on my account but do they really think I'm dumb enough to use their services again? I think the excellent staff they had before retired and they are experiencing a new business model: ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE SOL! read more
