She was treated like the dirt on his shoe by both him and the lady (Dana) at the front desk. The bedside manner in that place is absolutely terrible, and I can't bring myself to understand why they would act in such a hateful manner. My sister left out in tears by the way she was treated. I will not recommend him to anyone ever again. I hate to be this way, but when you are in that much pain, they are expected to be caregivers, compassionate and understanding, but that is the farthest thing from how she was treated. Don't get me wrong, most of the staff are as sweet as they come, but those two specifically need to work on their customer service skills or just quit their jobs. Extremely unacceptable.

The last visit included work on my old bridge that I was not informed about prior and I was sent home with excessive bleeding and pain with no pain medication or instructions of any kind, then two days later one of the temporary crowns came out which caused even more pain. I called the office the same evening of my visit due to the excessive bleeding and no one from the office returned my call fortunately I finally was able to stop the bleeding after 3 hrs. I recently had another follow up appointment and was supposed to be sedated however the office waited to call in the prescription late in the evening before my visit after I made two attempts to pick it up so needless to say it was not ready, this has happened twice. I'm looking for a new dentist who actually cares about their patients.

We have experienced nothing but professionalism and a great Office Staff. I never had an office visit issue and they've never canceled on me. They've always get you right in at your appointment time. I find it amusing that we live in a time where people just go on the internet and say negative things without maybe calling the office & talking to them person to person. Seven years ago I was at a different dentist office, and had a diagnose that I didn't agree with. I didn't get on the internet & bash him. I went to Smile, Gallery met with Dr. Williams and he gave me his opinion and actually it was worse than the other dentist. Which proved that the first dentist diagnosis was correct. So the first dennist was actually right I'm not a dentist, I didnt agree with him and could of One Starred him and posted a negative review, that was unjustified. Dr. Williams and I we worked it out, and it was professionally corrected. It's my rule of thumb. I'll read the negative reviews, but then I'll also read the positive reviews. Five Stars!
