The workers were prompt, professional and accommodating to all my requests. They even would warn me when they were about to have to do something loud like hammer or drill. Then, when a painter messed up my living room cabinets, I was at a loss for what to do as they were so ruined I couldnt restain them. I was going to have to paint them. I remembered cabinet facers and figured it would be better for the cabinets to match the kitchen as it is an adjacent room than to match the trim because it is an an open concept. I was in a time crunch and worried I couldn't get this done in time for a large gathering I was to have at my house in 2 weeks. I don't know of any company that can have custom sized cabinet doors in 1 week. I don't know how they did it, but they did. They had my living room cabinet matching my kitchen cabinets 2 days before my party. They saved the day. The work is beautiful and, again, a fraction of what it would cost to replace the cabinet. As a matter of fact, I had a bid for someone to come paint the cabinet and put new doors on it (not matching my kitchen ones) and it was the same price as the cabinet facers! Lenny and Francisco are so accommodating and took great care of me again. If you need an expensive look on a budget, Cabinet Facers is the way to go. I am a customer for life!

We just finished assembling and installing 12 new kitchen cabs from BWC. Overall, I was pleased…read morewith the ease of ordering, cost, quality and shipping. However, I was very unhappy with the assembly instructions and found instructions from other RTA vendors to be better. IMHO, the price and quality were on par with IKEA, but assembly was more difficult. Good: The boxes are solid 1/2" plywood, fit together perfectly, and have beautifully finished exteriors. The order was correct and was delivered punctually. No parts were missing. The final product was worth the aggravation to assemble, and my wife loves them. My installer, who is very picky, was impressed. Bad: Assembly ranged from simple to nightmarish, depending on the cabinet type. Basic base and wall cabs were straight-forward and the videos were adequate. On the other hand the videos went completely off the rails with the corner cabs. I made the mistake of trying to do the corner wall cab first, because it was the top box on the pallet. I found an official BWC video on YouTube (v=MHAoYOVAPiw) and watched it several times to see if I could figure it out. I don't have time to describe everything that was wrong with the video, but suffice it to say that the single sheet that came with the cab was more useful. Today as I write this review, I found excellent instructions from another vendor for what appears to be the same cabinet (v=N5wF7XexAXg). I checked the prices from this other vendor and found BWC to be much cheaper. (Must be because of all the money they saved making god-awful videos.) Random Tips: * Don't use regular white carpenter's glue for the dados. It does not adhere well to varnish or gloss paint. Instead use industrial adhesive with a caulk gun. * Don't use a simple electric drill or screwdriver for screwing in the billion or so screws. Instead use an impact driver, which looks like a drill, but is so much faster and easier. * You don't need the 3/4" stapler to attach the front frames, like they do in the videos. You can use the brad-nailer with 3/4" brads instead. * Start with simple base and wall cabs before taking on the corner cabs. * Links to assembly instructions can be found on the shopping pages in the details for each cabinet. The links all take you to the same PDF which kind of explains how to assemble all the cabinets. You can also find the instructions for most of the cabs by searching YouTube. * Try to get some help from friends to do the assembly. A second set of hands helps hold one piece while you attach the others. I got four people to help me over several days, and I think it took us about 60 person hours total to assemble the 12 cabs, including drawers, doors and handles. Absurdly BWC shut off comments on their YouTube videos, probably because of the very poor quality of some of them. I tried to get them to turn on comments but they ignored me. Lousy marks for service.

The delivery driver also left all the cabinets on the street. Because of all these issues, my installers couldn't finish the job and I had to pay an additional $950 to bring them back. I asked the company to reimburse me since this extra cost was caused by the problems with my order. For almost two months, I kept following up and was told it was with management/accounting. After all that waiting, they finally told me my reimbursement was rejected. They did eventually send the replacement parts, but the whole experience was frustrating and took way too much of my time. Just sharing my experience so other people are aware before ordering. I would definitely think twice before buying from them.

Roy responded quickly and provided an estimate the next day. Within a couple of days, I had scheduled the installation with Luis - the installation manager. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces".
