Allan was great to work with from beginning to end. He worked with me on everything, the timing was great, and his price was better than any of the other bids I received. It was just an easy, pleasant experience all around. My wife and I absolutely love how it turned out. Take a look at the before-and-after pictures--the first shows the temporary plywood tops we had been living with, and the second shows what a difference the new quartz made! The workers were prompt, professional and accommodating to all my requests. They even would warn me when they were about to have to do something loud like hammer or drill. Then, when a painter messed up my living room cabinets, I was at a loss for what to do as they were so ruined I couldnt restain them. I was going to have to paint them. I remembered cabinet facers and figured it would be better for the cabinets to match the kitchen as it is an adjacent room than to match the trim because it is an an open concept. I was in a time crunch and worried I couldn't get this done in time for a large gathering I was to have at my house in 2 weeks. I don't know of any company that can have custom sized cabinet doors in 1 week. I don't know how they did it, but they did. They had my living room cabinet matching my kitchen cabinets 2 days before my party. They saved the day. The work is beautiful and, again, a fraction of what it would cost to replace the cabinet. As a matter of fact, I had a bid for someone to come paint the cabinet and put new doors on it (not matching my kitchen ones) and it was the same price as the cabinet facers! Lenny and Francisco are so accommodating and took great care of me again. If you need an expensive look on a budget, Cabinet Facers is the way to go. I am a customer for life!

We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

Ray, the head of the company, is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They have an interior designer, Nohemi, that has a great eye, and we loved her design portfolio. Our budget and time frame ended up being a little tighter than we had originally hoped due to some required foundation and electrical work, so we had to scale back our project and go with a smaller business. YES, their were Construction delays and hiccups along they way. It's called Construction for a reason. But what we love about HDP is they stand behind their work and they are as honest and trustworthy as you get. Just incredible people. It is 2025 and we again have a few projects we want to do and some things we want updated. Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. During that process he reminded us that the new code requires 3 smoke/fire/carbon detectors. We have referred several friends to HDP and allowed individuals to tour our home and inspect his work. Because we continue to be that impressed. Last week we again gave him a long list of normal wear and tear items to more extensive projects and he submitted his review timely and accurately along with a couple suggestions. We look forward to beginning the next list of projects.
