I go in for my appointment and I'm not on the schedule until 7/9. The person who re-scheduled my appointment did it on the wrong day. The incompetency is quite prevalent. I really think she did it on purpose and was very unprofessional. I have no trust in your services so my husband and I will no longer be your clients. I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience and not to use Heartland Dermatology. This message does not even convey how upset I am. I missed work and the time to get to your office. Absolutely ridicules.

My family doctor sent a referral. Waited two week for them to call me as that is what I was told…read morethey would do and never received a call. I called myself so I could set up my appointment, the first question ask: What type of insurance do you have and after I told her then the lady said okay, well we are booking right now for December. I then reiterated December, she said yes. I then ask, do you get a lot of people calling to reschedule or cancel? Thinking maybe I will be able to be seen sooner. Her response was "No, we don't". Okay, well I am going to look elsewhere as I am not looking to wait 7 1/2 months out to be seen. "Oh,Okay". Is this normal for this place to be that booked out that far.Makes me wonder, do you not have enough doctors that work during the week that's why they are booked out? Do they not like to see that many patients per day? Or does the person scheduling the appointment new or what? I took my business elsewhere, and the new place will see me next month and not at the end of the year like The Dermatology Clinic.

Sorry to say but not very impressed with Moeller Dermatology. It takes forever to get an initial…read moreappointment. Once getting in I had three appointments and always had to wait 15-30 minutes with 2 people sitting in the 1000 sq. ft. waiting room. (Hesitant to even mention the hard sale for their In house products). I had to reschedule my third appointment and so they put me 6 months out again!! (ridiculous). I unfortunately entered the wrong month on my phone and missed the 6 month appointment. A word of warning, they provide no courtesy calls or texts like all other doctors in the area and are now billing me $50 for not showing up. Ultimately yeah, my fault but their service and patient treatment is lacking to say the least and at this point I'll drive to KC to see someone more patient oriented instead of $$$ focused.

I was pleased with how good everything went on surgery day and with recovery. They we're there for me through it all. If I needed to get in that day they would work it out.
