This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The staff was rude,…read moredisrespectful, and completely unwilling to listen. They damaged my clothing and then refused to take responsibility, instead placing the blame on me. One item was so severely damaged that when I brought it to their attention, they dismissed my concerns and even claimed that the piece was already damaged--an incredibly frustrating and dishonest response. What's more concerning is their behavior online. If you look at how they respond to negative reviews or visit their Instagram account, you'll see that they frequently mock and complain about their clients. It is highly unprofessional for a business to use social media--where they should be promoting their services--to make parodies of their customers and portray them as "annoying." This shows a complete lack of professionalism and common sense. I strongly advise against bringing your clothing here unless you want it mishandled and then be disrespected for raising your concerns.
