Which is extreamly disrespectful considering she did not have any understanding of the current situation. It was highly rude, extremely condicensing, unprofessional and degrading. Because of this your business lost a good paying customer. I will be finding one of your other competitors which will most definitely give me the much needed respect I deserve as a paying customer. I don't understand how you're still in business with people like this answering the phones. If I could give a negative 5 stars for my experience.
