When it was time for me to pick my truck up, I noticed I was charged for rotors when I did not need new rotors, my truck is new. A man whom im not sure if he is the owner or a manager, came out and talked to me. He told me that it is standard practice when you change brakes, you change the rotors too ( no matter the condition) I didn't agree being that I knew my rotors were in good condition. He was a little aggravated with me but in the end refunded me for the rotors that i didn't originally need. It won't deter me from going to this business again because even though there was an issue, it was fixed and I have never had previous issues.

When an aviation mechanic told me he always took his vehicles to Gary as he was not only a great mechanic, but honest, I started taking my vehicles to L&L. I'm on my 3rd vehicle since first using this shop-probably @ 12 years ago. Last week I took my 2020 vehicle to L&L because I thought it needed spark plugs or the carburetor was the problem. My car was sluggish. The repair suggested - I can't remember the exact term they used - but it was a carbon cleaning. I can't believe how much of an improvement I've noticed. The sluggish acceleration has disappeared and the overall ride is much smoother. Gary has several employees who are equally trustworthy. I apologize, but I believe a special mention goes to Keith.
