CONSTRUCTION GOING ON SO GETTING TO S BAHN A PAIN…read more================================================= My husband and I took one of the regional trains from Munich to Stuttgart on Monday, April 20, 2026 and this train station was a bit chaotic. We planned to take the S Bahn to the Porscheplatz from there, but there were so many detours and people to wade through. We ended up just breaking down and taking an expensive taxi. On the way back we were able to take the S Bahn which saved us a lot of money. Give yourself plenty of time when dealing with this train station.

This station runs in the train valley and is actually A REALLY good station to go to if you're heading north form the city center for any reason! The first time I went to that area I took the U bahn and had to walk for 20 minutes before reaching my destination! I didn't know that the S bahn goes there to this station so the next time I took it and once reaching this station walked for five minutes to my destination! Note: S bahn is faster than U bahn too! U bahn stops a lot!
