The platform is way too far away from the train, so misstepping is definitely a problem. Generally alright connections though, with a nice footpath above the station used to get people to the other side but also observe trains coming in and out. My nephew would love this feature.

There were ten service counters to be five on each side. There were also bank counters and the Sixt rental car counter. The restrooms were only for DB Lounge patrons.

We planned to take the S Bahn to the Porscheplatz from there, but there were so many detours and people to wade through. We ended up just breaking down and taking an expensive taxi. On the way back we were able to take the S Bahn which saved us a lot of money. Give yourself plenty of time when dealing with this train station.
